User Data Deletion Instructions

You can request permanent deletion of your SocialGeniex account and associated personal data by following these steps:

1. Sign in to your SocialGeniex account.
2. Open your profile menu and go to Account settings.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm the permanent deletion request.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

To remove a connected Meta account without deleting your complete SocialGeniex account, open the relevant Facebook or Instagram module and select Disconnect. This revokes the connection and removes the stored access credentials used by SocialGeniex.

You can also remove SocialGeniex from Facebook by opening Settings & privacy, Settings, then Business integrations. Removing the integration stops future access. To erase data previously stored by SocialGeniex, submit a deletion request using the instructions below.

If you cannot access your account, email privacy@socialgeniex.com with the subject "User data deletion request". Include your registered email address and the name of your workspace or connected Facebook or Instagram account.

For security, we may ask you to verify account ownership. Never send your password, access token, or one-time verification code.

After verification, we delete or anonymize personal data associated with the request, including relevant profile information, connected social-account identifiers, access tokens, and workspace content controlled by the requester, subject to workspace ownership and permissions.

Information held directly by Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or another third party is controlled by that provider and must be managed through its own settings.

Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Deleted data may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until the normal backup-retention cycle completes. We may retain limited billing, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records where applicable law requires or permits it.
